How to Install the Numbers Addon on Kodi

Patrick last updated this page on June 8, 2021.

I’ll show you how to install the Numbers addon on Kodi in this guide. Numbers is a video addon that allows you to watch movies, TV shows, and even live channels on your computer.

The forks are pouring in from all directions, and that is reason enough to rejoice. Some of the most popular Kodi addons don’t seem to be performing as well as I would like. Unplayable streams, broken links, and buffering problems have become more common in recent years. But I am not disappointed, and neither should you be. That is disappointing, to say the least, for a long-time Kodi user like myself.

The Numbers Kodi addon has a straightforward, user-friendly interface, well-organized categories, and a large library of popular movies and TV shows. Numbers could be the addon for you if you’re looking for a dependable way to watch your favorite content. Numbers is the newest addition to my Kodi addons library, and I must say that it has impressed me. Numbers, unlike many other Kodi add-ons, provides me with more streamable links.

How to Install the Numbers Addon on Kodi

Note: The method for installing Numbers on Kodi below works on all Kodi-compatible devices, including smartphones, tablets, Windows PCs, FireSticks, and Fire TVs.

Such addons, according to Kodi, come from unknown sources. So, before we begin installing this addon, there is one minor change we must make to the settings: Numbers is a Kodi addon that comes from a third-party source as well. Third-party addons are those that aren’t hosted on the official Kodi addon repository.

STEP 1: From the Kodi home screen, select Settings. The Settings icon, which resembles a cog or gear, is located on the top-left, beneath the Kodi log. Now, on the next screen, go to System Settings and open it.

Turn on the option Unknown Sources (see image below) on the right. STEP 2: Select Add-ons from the left-hand menu.

I tested the Numbers addon for Kodi and found it to be safe. Don’t be concerned about it. STEP 3: The warning message should now appear, as shown in the image below. It will not harm you in any way.

The procedure I’ll describe is simple, but make sure you follow each step carefully. Now that you’ve set up Kodi to accept third-party addons, you can start installing the Numbers addon.

Users of Kodi, take note!

Kodi addons and builds provide limitless streaming content, but if you’re caught streaming free movies, TV shows, or sports, you could face legal consequences. While streaming online with Kodi, users are strongly advised to use a VPN. Your IP address is currently visible to everyone. A good Kodi VPN hides your identity, allows you to bypass government surveillance, geo-blocked content, and ISP throttling (all of which help you stream without buffering).

It’s simple to set up on any device, including the Amazon FireStick. It’s also backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. ExpressVPN, which is the fastest and most secure VPN, is what I use. You can always request a refund if you are not satisfied. On its annual plans, you get three months free and save 49%.

Step 1: Go to the top-left corner of the Kodi home screen and select Settings (the cog icon under the Kodi logo).

Step 2: After that, choose and open the File Manage option.

Step 3: From the drop-down menu, select Add source. If you’ve got a lot of sources in Kodi, you might have to scroll down a little to find Add source.

Step 4: In the new dialogue box that appears, select None as shown in the image below.

Step 5: On the next screen, type in the URL:

As a result, double-check that the source URL is correct. Please keep in mind that this is possibly the most crucial step in the installation procedure. In this step, you’ll point Kodi to the server where the relevant repository will be installed, followed by the Numbers video addon on Kodi.

Use the remote to type in the address if you’re using a FireStick. If you’re using Kodi on a PC or a mobile device, copy and paste the URL.

When you’re finished, click OK.

However, I would suggest making it relevant so that you can find it later. You are free to call it whatever you want. Step 6: Give the source you created in the previous step a name.

I’m going to call it cellar and then hit the †OKâ€TM button.

As a result, the source has been added. The steps below will show you how to install the Csaint Repository on Kodi, as well as how to install the Numbers Kodi addon using this repo.

Step 7: Return to the Kodi home screen and select Add-ons from the left panel this time.

Step 8: Now, in the top-left corner of the next screen, click the Package Installer option (as shown in the image below).

Step 9: To continue, click Install from Zip File.

Step 10: A list with the name of the source we added earlier (Step 6) should appear. The cellar is available, as you can see in the image below. Go ahead and click the name of the source. (x.x.x represents the version number here, which in our case is 8.3) will be the name. Click the Zip file to open it. Step 11: On the next screen, you’ll see a Zip file.

â€TM As you can see in the image below, it appears in the top-right corner of the Kodi screen. Step 12: Now wait for the †Cosmist Saints Add-on installed†notification.

The Cosmic Saints repository has been installed. The final steps will show you how to use this repository to install the Numbers movie addon on Kodi.

Step 13: Next, select Install from repository.

Step 14: Navigate to Cosmic Saints, the repository you installed earlier.

Step 15: Select Video Add-ons from the drop-down menu.

Step 16: Now select NuMb3r5 from the drop-down menu.

This is how the addon has been renamed in the new style.

Step 17: To begin the installation, click Install.

When the additional addons popup appears (only on Kodi 18 Leia), click OK.

When it’s finished, the Numbers Add-on installed notification will appear in the top-right corner of the screen (see image below). Step 18: It will only take a minute or two to complete the installation.

That’s it!

This means that streaming copyrighted content (for example, free movies, TV shows, live TV, and sports) could land you in legal trouble. Before you start streaming with Kodi Addons or Builds, keep in mind that your ISP and government will be able to see everything you watch.

A VPN will hide your real IP address, allowing you to avoid online surveillance, ISP throttling, and content geo-blocking. Fortunately, there is a foolproof method for keeping your streaming activities hidden from your ISP and the government. All you need is a good Kodi VPN.

ExpressVPN is the fastest and most secure VPN, which I personally use and recommend. It works with a wide range of streaming apps and devices.

It is not always easy to distinguish between a legitimate and an illegal source. But what if you unintentionally stream content from an unauthorized source? NOTE: We do not advocate for the infringement of copyright laws.

So, before you start streaming on Kodi, follow these three simple steps to get VPN protection.

Meaning, you can try it out for free for the first 30 days, and if you’re not happy with the results (which is highly unlikely), you can get a full refund. A 30-day money-back guarantee is included. Step 1: Sign up for an ExpressVPN account HERE.

If you’re using a FireStick, I’ve listed the exact steps below, beginning with Step 4. Step 2: Download and install the ExpressVPN app on your streaming device by going HERE.

With the fastest and best VPN for Kodi, your connection is now secure. That is all there is to it. Step 3: To connect to a VPN server, click the Power icon.

Follow Steps 1-3 above if you have other streaming devices. The steps to install Kodi VPN on your Fire TV devices are as follows.

Step 4: If you haven’t already, sign up for ExpressVPN HERE.

Step 5: Go to the home screen of the Fire TV Stick. Click Find, then Search (as shown in the image below).

Step 6: In the search bar, type Expressvpn and select it when it appears.

Step 7: Select “Download” from the drop-down menu.

Step 8: Launch the ExpressVPN app and log in with the email address and password you created when you purchased the ExpressVPN subscription.

Step 9: To connect to a VPN server, click the Power icon. Your FireStick is now protected by the fastest VPN available. That’s all there is to it.

You’ve completed the installation of the Numbers Kodi addon, and it’s now ready to use. Go to the Kodi home screen and then to Add-ons > Video-addons to get to this addon.

To begin, select the Numbers card and prepare to enter a vast, amazing world of nearly limitless content.
